A house fire in Commerce early Monday is considered a possible case of arson, according to local and state authorities.
Banks County Fire and Emergency Services got the call to 100 block of Spring Lake Road about 3:00.
Fire damage was found at the back of the house, but the flames had already gone out. The occupants were not at home at the time of the fire but discovered it when they returned and reported it.
The house suffered minor damage.
