Bond has been set at $22,200 for a 22-year-old Walton County man charged by Flowery Branch Police with incest involving a 16-year-old girl.
During the investigation, detectives established probable cause to obtain an arrest warrant for Jordan Diaz, according to a police department spokesman. The Walton County Sheriff’s Office in Monroe was notified about the warrants and took Diaz into custody without incident.
The Flowery Branch investigation remains active and ongoing, the spokesman said, and additional charges are possible.
