An arrest has been made in a drive-by shooting that occurred in Buford in early May.
Gwinnett County Police say John Osefo, a suspect since the beginning of the investigation, has been charged with aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, possession and use of an illegal machine gun, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession with the intent to distribute illegal drugs.
The shooting occurred May 5 in the 2900 block of Milltown Court.
Police have not commented on a possible motive for the shooting and still have not said if anyone was wounded.
