*A couple of million-dollar lottery tickets are coming from the metro Atlanta area. The Georgia Lottery told Channel Two that winners were purchased at convenience stores in Marietta and Newnan. A ticket bought in New Jersey ended up winning the billion-dollar Mega Millions prize Tuesday. 

*Savannah is ranked number two on a Southern Living Best Cities in the South listing. Atlanta is the only other Georgia city on the list, coming in at number seven.

*A defendant in Georgia’s election interference case is being allowed to work for the Trump campaign. The AJC reports Harrison Floyd found out last week that he can take part in campaign efforts, but he can still have no contact with any co-defendants.

*A former Cobb County teacher is asking a Superior Court to overturn her firing. The Georgia Board of Education upheld the school district to terminate Katie Rinderle last year after she read a book in class that challenges gender norms.
