They are springing up in Hall County like flowers in the Spring: self-storage facilities. And now another is planned.
The Buford Planning Commission is set to hear a request Jan. 9 for a Special Use Permit for property at 4624 Friendship Road. Legacy Land Holding II, LLC wants to place a three-story self-storage building on the property.
As an example of the growing number of such facilities in our area, consider that on McEver Road there is one going up at McEver and Mountain View Road, while just a short distance north of there also on McEver, another is being built.
