Another opioid lawsuit settlement; S. Ga. flooding; Mail carrier robbed

*A massive settlement is coming to Georgia over opioids. The Attorney general says Kroger is going to give the Peach State $55 million as part of a 30-state lawsuit. WSB-TV reports Georgia has now received over one billion dollars from opioid lawsuits.  

*Some flooding is being reported in southeast Georgia. WSAV reports some areas around Statesboro had flooding that rivaled Hurricane Debby. Interstate 16 was backed up at one point due to the rain. Storms were expected to clear out Friday.  
 
*The armed robbery of a postal worker is under investigation in South DeKalb. Police are looking for suspects who held up the USPS employee in the Wyndham Falls neighborhood last week. They reportedly got away with mail and a master key.
