*Good News at Ministry recently graduated the first class of its Transitional Life Program, “a giant step toward flourishing,” for the grads. The program is for individuals who choose to undertake “the Good News at Noon Pathway to Life Program,” according to a Good News Facebook post. Those enrolled in the program are housed on campus, where they take classes, attend worship services and learn to manage their finances. The graduates are John Silva, Tony Mitchell, Darin Hutcheson, Cassandra Eggers, and Pam Outland. Good News at Noon
*The Gainesville-based Humane Society of Northeast Georgia (HSNEGA) has a new executive director. Juan Cueto has been named to the post. Cueto has been serving as interim director since Allison Mayfield left earlier this year.
