HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE FACEBOOK POST:

“Two people are being held without bond in connection to a Monday afternoon break-in at a building in the 3500 block of Thompson Bridge Road.

Around 2:45 p.m., Michael Robert Franco, 37, and Kelly Denise Maxfield, 35, both of Gainesville, were discovered inside a house that was being used for storage. The manager of a neighboring business saw the pair enter the building and became suspicious, so he called 911 to have deputies investigate. Responding deputies found a window broken in the back of the house and found both suspects inside.

As a result, Franco and Maxfield were each charged with one count of burglary in the second degree. Franco was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine when deputies found 1.6 grams of meth on his person.”
