A cold front rolled through Georgia last night bringing with it cooler temperatures, less humidity, and gusty winds and prompting the National Weather Service (NWS) to issue a Wind Advisory for portions of northeast Georgia.
While Hall County is not included, White, Lumpkin and Dawson counties are in addition to other counties between here and the Tennessee and North Carolina state lines.
The advisory is effective until 7:00 Monday morning with winds of 10-20mph and gusts up to 35 mph expected.
(On the map: Dark brown counties are those included in the Wind Advisory.)
