STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“On Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a 2001 Lexus LS430 sedan, driven by Deborah Ann Adams (66 of Gainesville), was traveling west on SR 332 (Poplar Springs Rd) near Gilleland Circle when it traveled off the north side of the road and struck a ditch. The sedan then began to overturn and struck a utility pole and fence.
The broken utility pole and utility lines across SR 332 caused a portion of SR 332 to remain closed until it was repaired. There were minor injuries to the driver, but she declined medical attention.
The driver was charged with driving too fast for the conditions of the roadway and failure to maintain lane.”
