It happened early Sunday morning.
HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE NARRATIVE:
“One of our deputies attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle he observed failing to maintain its lane of travel multiple times after the driver turned onto Floyd Road from Old Athens Road.
The deputy activated his lights at the intersection of Floyd Road and Garden Drive, but the driver refused to stop. The driver sped away along several side streets in the area. The deputy found the vehicle at a residence on Frederick Street, but the car was unoccupied.
The suspect was not located. The vehicle was towed.”
