A 68-year-old woman remained in the Hall County Jail early Wednesday after being arrested at the Gainesville hospital on battery and indecent exposure charges.
A spokesman for the Gainesville Police Department wrote in an email that officers got the call to Northeast Georgia Medical Center (NGMC) Tuesday morning about 11:15.
“Called to assist NGMC security with a combative patient who was out of control,” Capt. Kevin Holbrook said, “threw items at a nurse, took her shirt off exposing her breasts.”
A $650 bond has been set on the simple battery charge, but she is being held without bond on the indecent exposure charge.
