A recent drug raid by Flowery Branch police, working in conjunction with agents from the GBI Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, netted about 246 grams of marijuana and 17.5 grams of cocaine.
The target was a residence in the 5800 block of Union Grove Drive in Braselton.
As a result of the investigation, Shamell Jose Delacruz, 37, of Braselton, was charged with:
Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon
Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute
Felony Possession of Marijuana (VGCSA)
Possession of Cocaine (VGCSA)
