A Suwanee woman is accused of stealing thousands from Georgia Medicaid.
A DeKalb County grand jury has indicted Melissa Howard on 31 counts of Medicaid fraud and making false statements. She allegedly lied about working and billed the government for $40,000 while she traveled out-of-state.
Howard operated a behavior support specialist group called Behavior Solutions.
The case was investigated by the Medicaid Fraud and Patient Protection Division of the Georgia Attorney General’s Office.
