North Ga. Land Trust’s latest report

The Gainesville-based North Georgia Land Trust is out with its Fall 2026 report and says, among other things, its online resources are reaching more people than ever – with a 135% increase in new website users and the addition of more than 1,000 new Facebook followers.

There have been more than 5,000 mailings to landowners of 50 acres or more across Hall, Habersham, White, Lumpkin, Dawson, and Jackson counties and 688 landowners with 25 acres or more in Lumpkin CountyNext on the list will be Banks, Barrow and Forsyth counties.

And currently they are working with landowners in Hall, Jackson, Towns, and Dawson counties on conservation easement on their properties.
