Albany ICE incident; A $236M water bill

*A man is recovering after being lodged under an ICE agent’s patrol car during an attempted arrest in Albany. The state patrol says agents tried to stop a car on Liberty Expressway when three men jumped out of the car and ran for the woods. Authorities say one of the men fell to the ground in the median and became lodged under the ICE agents’ patrol car.  No word on his condition.

*Atlanta’s first water audit in three years found customers owe more than $236 million in unpaid bills, according to the AJC. And the delinquent accounts belong to more than the average citizen or small business. Some of the city’s major corporations are in arrears, too. Not to be left out, the list also includes governments, local and federal.
