The Lula Planning Commission (LPC) will be asked next month to approve the rezoning necessary for a 147-home, single-family subdivision in the city.
The would-be developer, The Pacific Group, is asking that 52 acres in the 5500 block of Shockley Road be rezoned from Agricultural (A) to Planned Residential Development (PRD).
The item is on the agenda for the planning group’s Oct. 6 meeting.
