Georgia REALTORS® (GAR) has named Denise Quinlan its 2026 REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY), according to Georgia CEO. The announcement was made during the Georgia REALTORS® Annual Conference & Expo in New Orleans, and recognizes recognizing her “exceptional leadership, professionalism and dedication” to the real estate industry and her community.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is Georgia REALTORS®’ highest individual honor.
Quinlan has served as a REALTOR® since 2012 currently serves as president-elect of the Georgia Residential Real Estate Council (RRC)
