The Georgia Court of Appeals is considering whether a trial court should have suppressed blood sample evidence in the Habersham County case of a man arrested and charged with vehicular homicide in an accident involving a church van. Barry Thomas Clark, 64, of Hartwell, was charged with DUI and Vehicular Homicide in connection with the July 2024 accident. Teddy Bone, 15, (pictured), was killed in the crash. EARLIER STORY.
