The state patrol Monday identified the woman killed in a Saturday morning traffic accident in White County as Jane Aspey, 81, of Cleveland. Aspey, troopers say, ran a stop sign at Georgia 384 and Stovall Road and her car was struck by a pickup driven by Michael Limbaugh, 31, Clarkesville. Limbaugh suffered only minor injuries though he was taken to Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
