What a south Ga. murder case has in common with one in Barrow Co.

If this story sounds eerily familiar, there’s a reason.

16-year-old Lilyana Wagner of Tifton must serve at least 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to the 2024 shooting death of her mother. She was 14 at the time and had developed an interest in school shootings and had chatted with anonymous people on line about them.

You probably recall that the teen who was recently sentenced to life without parole for the Apalachee High School shooting was also 14 when that happened and was obsessed with school shootings.
