Nine nonprofit organizations that serve Hall County will share in the latest round of grants approved by the Jackson EMC (JEMC) Foundation, which total $181,000.
The groups are Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier; Adult Literacy Jackson, Inc.; Casa de Amistad; Ferst Readers; Reach Out and Read; Gainesville/Hall County Alliance for Literacy; Lekotek of Georgia; On the Stage Children’s Theatre; and SISU of Georgia.
Not all of these organizations serve just Hall County. Some serve other counties in the Jackson EMC service area.
