A Norcross man has been arrested and charged with the theft of more than $2,600 in merchandise from the Flowery Branch Home Depot nine months ago, police said Wednesday.
Officers with the Flowery Branch Police Department responded to a report of a theft Oct. 29, at the Spout Springs Road store. Investigators reviewed video footage and identified Jabriel Hasan, 34, as the suspect seen leaving the store without paying.
A warrant for Hasan’s arrest was obtained the next day. Another agency made contact with him earlier this week and arrested him.
He remained in the Hall County Jail Wednesday afternoon in lieu of $3,500 bond.
