We are entering another period of hot, dry weather – somewhat typical for this time of year though, right? And it looks like, according to the weather service, Tuesday will be the hottest day of the next seven – a real scorcher.
The Tuesday forecast calls for a high of 95 with heat index values as high as 104. Only a ten percent chance of any rain but winds may gust as high as 20 mph.
But after Tuesday, things return to near normal for our area: highs 85-90 each day through Sunday.
