Contracts were okayed recently for 20 road projects statewide, including one in Banks County. The approximate value of the contracts is $74.3 million.
The Banks County project calls for the construction of a bridge on Mashburn Road over Webb Creek at a cost of one-and-a-half million dollars.
The projected completion date is May 31, 2028.
