Hall County’s June unemployment was three percent, up four-tenths of a percentage point over the month. The state Labor Department also reported Thursday that the labor force increased by 37 over the past month and 1,362 over the year, reaching 111,513.
Hall County finished the month with 108,155 employed residents. That number decreased by 452 over the month and increased by 1,317 from the same time a year ago.
And the county ended June with 109,400 jobs, down by 200 from the previous month and up by 500 from the same time last year.
