A 25-year-old Jefferson man is in the Jackson County Jail after being charged with rape, aggravated assault, and false imprisonment.
The sheriff’s office says Timothy Chase Sullens was arrested Monday, according to Fox 5.
No information has been released on the victim or when and where the alleged crimes occurred. But the office is seeking the public’s help in the matter.
