There seems to be no stopping the decline in gas prices as many drivers prepare to hit the road for the July 4 holiday weekend.
The average price in Gainesville today is down another nine cents, to $3.49; the state average has fallen another seven cents since last Monday; and the national price is $3.92 compared to $4.04 a week ago.
