A registered sex offender who was arrested by Hall County authorities in April because was in a location off limits to sex offenders is facing a slew of other charges filed against him this week.
In all, Timothy Brad Bingham, 33, is now looking at 23 charges from three agencies, the sheriff’s office, Gainesville Police and Oakwood Police.
