Chattahoochee Christian School, a private school in Clermont, has received a gift of 51 acres in Cleveland. The school currently operates out recent space in Concord Baptist Church.
Founded in 2004, Chattahoochee Christian School had its origins in the 1880s as Concord Academy and later became Chattahoochee High School, founded in 1901 by the Chattahoochee Baptist Association.
The school currently has a staff of 25 and an enrollment of 107 students, WRWH reports.
There was no mention any immediate plans for the donated land, located on Georgia 115 west of Cleveland, though school officials have longed for the day when the school had its own facilities.
