Hall Co. to present quarterly review to track progress on 2045 County Work Plan

Hall County Government will conduct its second Quarterly Execution Review (QER) of the County Work Plan May 27, at 1:30. The review is part of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and is designed to evaluate progress toward established goals and action items.

The quarterly review process is part of Hall County’s ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability and tracking progress on long-term goals, county officials say.

Quarterly reviews provide a structured process for tracking progress and adjusting priorities as needed by focusing on assessing progress on current goals and action items, identifying resources needed for successful completion and re-evaluating goals to determine if they remain viable.

“This continued review of the Comprehensive Plan is intended to keep the public up to date on any progress made on long-range planning efforts since the previous QER as well as to ensure accountability and transparency as we work towards long-term goals outlined in the currently adopted comprehensive plan,” Planning and Zoning Director Katie G. Ahmed said. “We also hope these discussions encourage greater public participation during the upcoming 2027 Comprehensive Plan update process.”
