The Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s (GHCC) Leadership Hall County program was founded in 1982 to educate “emerging and existing leaders” to be integral players in the future of the community.
Since its inception, 1,164 men and women have completed the program. And Tuesday, the chamber announced the 45th class.
