Several new commercial developments are scheduled to be considered by the Hall County Commission (HCC) later this month.
They include a warehouse and distribution complex on a 15-acre tract at 866 Gainesville Highway. The applicant is asking that the property be rezoned from Agricultural-Residential 1 (AR-1) to Light Industrial (L-I).
Two of the proposals involve sites on Lanier Islands Parkway. One calls for an Agrientertainment Venue on 17 acres at 5351 Lanier Islands Parkway. The other is for an Office warehouse on eight acres at its intersection with Beards Road.
A boat and RV storage facility is planned for 25 acres on Sardis Road at East Sardis Road.
All are on the commission’s agenda for a meeting on May 28.
