For the second month in a row, Hall County has a record number of people employed and employment gains, according to the state Department of Labor (GDOL).
Figures released Thursday show that in March the number of employed in the county increased by 414 over the past month and 1,494 over the year, to a record-breaking 111,689.
Meanwhile, the unemployment rate of 2.8% was down two-tenths of a percent over February. A year ago, the rate was also 2.8%.
