The Braselton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 27 on an application that, if approved, would clear the way for a 168-unit housing development on Friendship Road in Hall County.
Brock Built Homes, LLC, is seeking both the annexation by Braselton of the 61 acres and a rezoning to the city’s Planned Unit Development (PUD). The current zoning classification is Hall County’s PUD.
The intent of the application is to develop the property for the single-family homes as well as 10,000 square feet of commercial building space.
