*A 36-year-old woman who was arrested Friday on burglary and other charges was being held without bond in the Hall County Jail Sunday morning. The burglary charges refer to a residential theft and a non-residential burglary. She’s also been charged with possession of meth, and a “hold” has been placed on her for Habersham County authorities.
*Gainesville Police received a report last week of cruelty to animals. It was filed by a 45-year-old resident of Banks Street late Thursday night and reportedly happened between 10:00 and 10:30 that night. No other details were available from police as of the close of the business week on Friday.
And details on it and the other case listed here are not likely until local law enforcement agencies’ administrative offices reopen following the weekend.
