The Hall County Clerk of Court’s Office, in conjunction with the Georgia Superior Court Clerks’ Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA), is has implemented the Filing Activity Notification System (FANS). This system provides Georgia residents with a convenient way to monitor filing activity related to their property and public records.
FANS is a free, voluntary, opt-in service that allows users to receive electronic notifications when filing activity occurs under names or records they choose to track. The Clerk of Court is offering this new system as part of an ongoing effort to enhance services and provide additional tools that help citizens stay informed and better protect their personal and property records.
“The launch of the Filing Activity Notification System represents another important step in our commitment to transparency, accessibility, and public service. By giving citizens a simple, proactive way to monitor activity related to their property records, we are empowering them with information that can help safeguard what matters most,” Mark Pettitt, Hall County Clerk of Court, said.
Citizens can enroll and begin using the service by visiting: http://fans.gsccca.org and following the registration prompts.
Please note that notifications generated by this system are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and use of the system requires acknowledgment of these conditions.
