The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) got some good news Friday: Retired K9 Kimo has been given a clean bill of health by the vets at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine.
HCSO FACEBOOK POST:
“Six months ago, Timo was paralyzed by a spinal infection. His prognosis seemed grim at the time, but in short order, he was walking with assistance. He even was able to attend his planned retirement party in August – decked out in a tuxedo, we might add.
Kim Murray, who is married to Deputy Eddie Murray, sent us the good news earlier today.
“𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙤 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙐𝙂𝘼 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙗𝙞𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙨!” Kim wrote in a text. “𝙄 𝙬𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙜𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙬𝙨!”
She also said Timo is loving his retirement and doesn’t even pay attention to Deputy Murray when he and K9 Dexter and K9 Jolene go to work every day. Apparently, Deputy Murray has been relegated to the role of ‘spare human’ in the household.”
