One of two drivers involved in a Thursday afternoon rush-hour crash on Browns Bridge Road at Keith Bridge Road has been charged with DUI. The accident snarled traffic, backing it up to the McEver Road/Browns Bridge Road intersection and beyond.
STATE PATROL NARRATIVE:
“…The investigation revealed a Chevrolet Malibu driven by Frank Misse (26 YOA) was traveling east on (Browns Bridge). A Kia K5 driven by Connor Lively (23 YOA) was traveling west…
(Misse) failed to maintain his lane of travel and struck the front of the Kia with the front of the Malibu. After impact, both vehicles came to an uncontrolled final rest in the roadway. The driver of the Malibu was charged with driving under the influence.
All occupants were transported with injuries.”
The state patrol did not reveal the nature and extent of injuries.
