The City of Gainesville plans a 9,500-square-foot renovation of part of the public safety building (PSB).
Plans call for the renovation of the main public lobby and municipal court office space. This work will include new offices, breakroom, conference room, filing room, and main lobby.
Also included: a new north entrance with landing and stairs leading down to the sidewalk level.
The city has begun advertising for bids for the work.
