HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Antoine Rakeif Williams, 19, was arrested Tuesday…at a residence on Shady Valley Road in Gainesville when Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) civil service deputies located a stolen weapon in his possession.
Deputies had gone to the residence to serve an eviction notice. When they entered the residence, they located three firearms in plain view. One of the firearms, an MAK-90 Sporter rifle, had been reported stolen by the North Augusta Police Department in North Augusta, South Carolina. Mr. Williams, who was the only resident of the property, was charged with theft by receiving.
Mr. Williams remains in the Hall County Jail on a $5,700 bond.”
