Hall County sheriff’s deputies arrested two people on several drug charges early Monday, while investigating a vehicle parked behind a North Hall business.
HALL CO. SHERIFF’S OFFICE (HCSO) NARRATIVE:
“At approximately 2 a.m., deputies encountered a car behind the storage business in the 3600 block of Ga. 60/Thompson Bridge Road. The car owner, Richard Dylan Elliott, 31, of Gainesville, was in the driver’s seat and Izdihaar Maryam Hosein, 21, of Buford, was in the back seat.
While speaking with the occupants outside of the car, deputies found Hosein in possession of approximately half a gram of methamphetamine and a tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) vape cartridge. Deputies arrested Hosein for possession of methamphetamine and possession of a schedule I drug, both felonies, and charged her with loitering or prowling (misdemeanor). They also arrested Elliott for loitering or prowling.
While inventorying Elliott’s vehicle prior to towing, deputies found approximately five additional grams of methamphetamine, two glass bottles of trenbolone, one glass bottle of Anavar (oxandrolone), a bottle of testosterone, a second THC vape cartridge and a glass pipe. Deputies obtained arrest warrants charging Elliott for the items in the car.

- Possession of a schedule III drug (felony) – Anavar (oxandrolone)
- Possession of a schedule III drug (felony) – testosterone
- Possession of a schedule I drug (felony) – THC vape cartridge
- Possession of drug-related objects (misdemeanor)
Both individuals were booked into the Hall County Jail following their arrests. Each remains in jail without bond.”
