The Hall County Commission reportedly is poised to delay a vote on the data center that is proposed for South Hall. However, when asked if she could confirm that, a spokeswoman for the county said “The Board could decide to table the data center items to a subsequent meeting; however, we won’t know until the Board takes action on Thursday.”
The facility is planned on a site on O’Kekkey Road and is on the agenda for Thursday night’s commission meeting.
In recent days concern has been raised by a number of people over the amount of water and power the center would use.
