HCSO NEWS RELEASE:
“Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Internet Crimes Against Children
(ICAC) Unit have filed additional charges against an 18-year-old Lula man arrested earlier
this year for possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Jaylen Malik Bell faces twenty (20) additional felony counts of sexual exploitation of
children. He was charged with six (6) counts of the same offense when he was first arrested
on July 15, 2025.
At that time, investigators carried out a search of Bell’s residence and seized multiple cell phones and a laptop. During forensic testing of Bell’s electronic devices, investigators located the additional images of children who were being sexually molested.
Bell remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond.”
