Sen. Greg Dolezal, R-Cumming, said Tuesday he’s joining the race for Lt. Governor, announcing plans to seek the nomination in next year’s Republican Primary. Dolezal made his announcement in a video posted on YouTube:
Other northeast Georgians among the candidates are State Sen. Steve Gooch of Dahlonega, the Senate Majority Leader, and Rep. David Clark of Buford.
