Well, that didn’t take long.
One of the fugitives on last week’s Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Wanted Wednesday poster, Brandy Jeannette Milligan, was back in jail by the end of the week, the sheriff’s department said Monday.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“A deputy spotted her in a vehicle on Butler Parkway and West Ridge just after 11 a.m. Friday. He followed her and attempted a traffic stop, but she refused to stop and eluded the deputy.
She eventually abandoned her vehicle behind a residence on Myrtle Street. A witness in the area called dispatch to report the abandoned vehicle. Deputies were able to find Ms. Milligan when she returned to pick up her vehicle later that evening.
She was arrested at the scene on the outstanding warrant. She also was charged with running two red lights, making a right turn on red when such a turn was prohibited and fleeing the traffic stop. She had a tag on her vehicle that was a tag for another car. She also had a glass smoking device in her possession.
She’s being held without bond at the jail because of a probation violation.”
