A Gainesville teen is in jail, facing criminal charges for the alleged sexual assault of a female family member.
HCSO NARRATIVE:
“Sylas Ray Klingseisen, 18, was charged with three counts of aggravated child molestation and three counts of incest following an investigation that began earlier this month. He was arrested on Saturday…
A relative of the victim…first reported the crime to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) on Sept. 9. During the course of the investigation, HCSO investigators determined Klingseisen sexually assaulted (a girl under the age of 14) girl on three occasions between December 2024 and July 2025. The incidents occurred at two different residences in Gainesville.
Klingseisen remains in the Hall County Jail with no bond.”
