Browns Bridge Rd. wreck; S. Hall manhunt; Hindering apprehension of a criminal; Hit-and-run

There was still nothing new to report Sunday morning on the wreck on Browns Bridge Road about noon Saturday that closed a section of the busy four-lane at Florence Drive for a couple of hours. And nothing new on the Friday afternoon manhunt in the Hog Mountain Road area that resulted in the capture of three theft suspects.

We do have a bit of information on two recent arrests of note:

*A 59-year-old woman has been charged with hindering the apprehension/punishment of a criminal. She was booked into the Hall County Jail Friday night about 8:30.

*A hit-and-run resulted in the jailing of a 23-year-old woman Saturday night about 8:00. This occurred in the 5700 block of Hog Mountain Road.

More information on these items is not likely until Monday morning when local law enforcement offices reopen following the weekend.
