The Hall County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Accident Investigation Unit (AIU) has charged a Carnesville man in
connection with a fatal Feb. 1 traffic accident at Ga. 365 and White Sulphur Road.
AIU obtained arrest warrants on Feb. 5 for Brian Keith Crowe. Crowe turned himself in at the Hall County Jail Thursday afternoon, on misdemeanor charges of second-degree homicide by vehicle and stopping,
standing, parking in a prohibited place. Crowe posted $5,830 bond and was released from jail early Friday
morning.
Crowe, 55, was one of two drivers in the Saturday afternoon accident that resulted in the death of Patricia
Ann Cooper, 65, of Cumming. No one else is facing charges in the crash.
