Students at Pinecrest Academy in Cumming, have been selected to chat with the astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
The school was granted this chance through Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS), a program that connects students with astronauts using amateur radio technology.
The exact date for the event has not been set, school officials say it is expected to take place sometime this fall.
Pinecrest is a private Catholic school.
